How do we collect your data?

Your data will be collected, on the one hand, by informing us. This may be e.g. to trade data that you enter in a contact form.

We process the aforementioned personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA/BDSG). In addition to earmarked processing, part of this data is collected to ensure flawless delivery of the website. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

When visiting our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This happens mainly with cookies and with so-called analysis programs.The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; the surfing behavior can not be traced back to you. Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We collect, process and use personal data exclusively in compliancewith the applicable data protection regulations (General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR). These are personal data that we receive from you in your capacity as representative / authorized representative of the legal entity (prospective customer and / or customer). On the other hand, we process personaldata that we have legitimately gained and are able to process from publicly available sources (eg trade and association registers, press, media, Internet). 

A use of the user data thus takes place only on the basis of a legal permission or the existence of a consent. Technological, organizational and contractualsafeguards according to the current state of the art ensure compliance with data protection regulations. This also includes the necessary consistentavoidance of data loss, destruction, manipulation of random or intentional nature as well as data access by unauthorized persons.

If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. In accordance with § 3 (1) FDPA/BDSG, these are individual details of personal or materialcircumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person or, pursuant to Art. 4 GDPR, all information relating to an identified or identifiable person.These include e.g. Information such as names, postal addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses, but also usage data such as your IP address or contentdata that you send us via the contact form. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for whatpurpose this happens.  

You can visit our websites without giving any personal information. We store only access data in so-called server log files (see also point 3), such. the nameof the requested file, the date and time of the retrieval, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. These data are evaluated solely to ensure trouble-free operation of the site and to improve our offer and do not allow us to infer your identity. 

Data collection and use for contacting and contracting

We collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of an information request or order (written / emailed or by telephone)or contacting us (for example, by contact form or e-mail). Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Since you do not need to provide your real name in the forms concerned, the use of such functions based on contact data is also possible under a pseudonym (for example, to access the download page for our demo version). 

We use informative data communicated by you exclusively for the execution of the contract and processing of your inquiries. After a final answer to your request or complete processing of the contract, your data will be regularly blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercialretention periods. Something else is only valid if you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or if we reserve the right to use thedata beyond that, which is permitted by law and about which we will inform you below. 

We may only disclose information about you if required by law (such as requests for public authorities or judgments), have given your consent and /or order data processors who have been instructed by us to guarantee compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/ FDPA). In the future, if new partners are involved in the consultation and support and this requires a data transfer to these partners, we will ask for this if necessary, a separate consent from you.

A transfer of data to offices in countries outside the EU or the EEA (so-called third countries) only takes place, as far as this is required for theexecution of the customer's orders, required or required by law (eg tax reporting obligations), you have given us consent or within the framework anorder data processing. If service providers are deployed in the third country, they are required to comply with the level of data protection in Europein addition to written instructions by agreeing on EU standard contractual clauses.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an existing consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legalityof the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.  


Information, blocking, deletion

In accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR to obtain freeinformation about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing. Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the case of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has the right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority within the meaning of Art. 77 GDPR. Right to data portability

According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to have data that we process on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract automatically handed over to itself or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of data to another person in charge,this will only be done to the extent technically feasible. 


Data security

We are working hard to protect data from unauthorized access or alteration, disclosure and destruction. Especially:
• Encrypt many of our services using SSL (see below)
• We constantly review our practices for collection, storage and processing, including physical security measures
• We restrict access to personal data to employees and contractors who must know the data in order to process this data forus and who are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.


SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses, for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as a site operator, an SSL or. TLS encryption. Contradiction against advertising mails

3. Data collection on our website


Cookies

Cookies are small textfiles that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser. We haven't integrated Google™ offers that use cookies (such as Analytics™ or Adwords™). For Google™ web fonts and YouTube™ pls. refer to our chapter 'Integration of services and contents of third parties'. Our website does not contain any links to social media providers with the exception of our Twitter™ account. 


Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

These data can not be assigned to specific persons. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use. 

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. 


4. Plugins and Tools


Integration of services and contents of third parties

Google™ Web Fonts

On our websites, preload commands for loading Google Web Fonts have been removed as far as possible. Technically, however, it cannot be completely ruled out that web fonts may be loaded into your browser cache via other background means on our website. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

To do this, your browser has to connect to Google's™ servers. This gives Google™ knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google™ Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 

If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.

YouTube™

This website includes videos from YouTube™. The operator is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A connection to the YouTube servers is established as soon as you access one of our websites that is equipped with a YouTube™ plugin. The YouTube™ server gets informed about which page of our website you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube™ can assign your surfing history directly to your personal profile. You can exclude such an assignment by logging out of your YouTube™ account beforehand.

The use of YouTube™ is expedient for the presentation of our online portfolio in an appealing manner. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Social networks

Twitter™ and Social networks

On our website, links to the microblogging service 'Twitter™' are not integrated as social plugins, but as button links and are only activated by a user mouse click. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter™ and the "Re-Tweet" function, the websites you accessed are linked to your Twitter™ account and made known to other users. In this context, data is also transmitted to Twitter™. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Twitter™. Our pages are not connected to any other social network.


5. Personal equality

Usually only one gender form is chosen in the texts to ensure better readability. Unaffected by this, the information on this website applies to all genders.


6. Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to changing legal situations, or to changes in the service and data processing. However,this applies exclusively with regard to declarations of data processing. In the case of the requirement of the consent of the user or if contents of the privacypolicy affect the contractual relationship with the users, changes are only made with the consent of the users.
